  I had chosen A and A to reshingle my roof after hail damage. After 7 months of waiting they still couldn't tell me when they were going to actually do the work. This was in November and I didn't want to have to deal with a leaking roof for another season after already dealing with it for 7 plus months. While I was using A and A they wanted to get more money from the insurance company and urged me to hire an outside claims company to do so. On multiple occasions, the salesman, Jesse Jordan, told me that the only money I would owe this claims company would be a percentage of whatever money they earned for me. The claims company never did earn me any extra money. I ended up canceling my service with A and A since they couldn't give me a work date and I doubted they were going to get it done before winter like they said. I hired another company who completed the work within 8 days of their hiring. After they finished the work I got a bill from the claims company for 10 percent of all the money that my insurance had paid out, all of which was released without any influence from the claims company. Over half the money was released before the claims company was even hired. The salesman, Jesse Jordan, intentionally misled me about the contract he had me sign with the claims company and it ended up costing me over 2000 dollars. I filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau and just received an email this morning stating that A and A has refused to respond to any of their letters. Do not do any business with this company. At best, they are incompetent and lazy. At worst they are common criminals who just want to take your money.

  Early this spring this year an unfortunate mistake was made by a sub contractor of A&A Roofing. When A&A Roofing was made aware of the mistake A&A and ALL of their employees went above and beyond to assure that top quality materials and craftsmanship were applied to my home. I would recommend highly using this company for your roofing needs... Dr Jayson Zortman

  Barry and his team were very responsive and did an excellent job replacing our roof. Very much appreciated how they protected our plants and thorough cleanup after the job.
