  Horrible people skills and business skills! Came there with a load of shingles that THEY ordered. They refused to unload the truck at 3 PM, they don't close until 5PM. We have a 3 hour commute. We had to spend the night in the truck because they refused to unload the truck. They won't unload the truck until 9 AM. That is 18 hours without being compensated.
