  I have used Everd several times over past 15+ years for roofing repair, replacement and inspection on rental houses I have in the Baltimore area, both flat roof and pitched asphalt shingle. For the first 10 or so years Everd was a reliable professional company that provided quality work, polite service and complete comprehensive estimates/inspections . I do not know what happened or why but something has gone way off the rails over there. Estimates are now all over the board, workmanship has fallen off a cliff and the employees treat mt tenants as if they are lesser/substandard people. I will not tolerate rudeness to my tenants and combined with the level of professional behavior and workmanship now regularly displayed I would not suggest this company. Take the time to look around and save yourself a headache

  I am a landlord and hired them to repair 3 roofs. Their estimates have been fair. So after the rain 2 of the roofs still leaked. They came back and reapaired them. Then the next rain came and still one leaked. So I called again and someone came out and repaired it again. So it rained again and of course the roof still leaks and I called again on a Tuesday morning and as of Wednesday night noone has came out . So I ask them why noone has came out and she explained they are too busy. I spent over alot of money with this company I don't feel like a priority. So I hired someone else just like the previous review and they will never use them again. Their prices were reasonable but if they are not doing the job properly it doesn't matter. Don't waste your money with this company.

  I do not recommend using this company. I hired them to do some minor patch work on two properties, and they significantly over charged me for the work that they did. I learned this after the fact when consulting other roofers. In addition, they did not call ahead to schedule when the work was going to be performed. On both occasions, they showed up by complete surprise. In one case, they scared the hell out of one of my female roommates because four rough looking men were on the property and working on the roof without notice from the company.
