  Luis was very professional! He came out inspected the roof and quoted me a price to replace the entire roof. Not only did he stick to the estimate he went above and beyond by replacing the the seals at no additional cost. The entire job was done within a day which I found to be amazing. They cleaned up everything after the job was done. Thanks again to Luis and his team they did an excellent job!! Highly recommend using them if you are looking for any kind of roof work to be done.

  Luis and his team were unbelievable. They provided an honest quote and addressed all concerns upfront. They showed up on time to the minute and had the large, 2-layer roof completely stripped off my house within 1.5 hours. The team worked like a well-oiled machine with each step of the roof replacement from prep to demolition to installation to clean up. When they encountered severe roof rot from years of water leaks on a few 20’ beams in my 160-yr old barn house, they worked quickly and efficiently to diagnose the problem and repair the roof at cost without sacrificing the authenticity of the appearance of the beams inside the house. They also took great care to install and flash my new skylights and around my 100-yr old stone chimney, which had caused us so many problems over the years. Replacing a roof can be a very messy job, especially on a big old house with 2 layers of decades old roofing materials, and my property was spotless when the team left at 7pm that night. As the trucks were packing up and pulling away, Luis even grabbed a ladder and climbed up to adjust one of my gutters, which was not level and which wasn’t his responsibility. The multi level job was done top to bottom in one day - if I didn’t see it myself, I wouldn’t have believed it. Given the difficulty in finding good, reliable contractors in the Greene County area, I was extremely impressed with Guaillas Roofing and grateful for the beautiful new roof on my very old house. First rate team no doubt. Highly recommend.

  Guiaillas Roofing was perfect! Very professional, insured, BBB rated, (lots of roofers I had to bid weren't). Louis was always easy going, got back to me quickly, no pressure, no up front money - just a beautiful roof. It's energy efficicient 30 year Corning Shingles. One day to complete it!
