  This mans work quality is unsurpassable. I have never seen such a passion for perfection. But no matter how grueling or hassling the job or situation, you can rest easy with this man on your renovation no matter what it is. The thing I respect most about James Walden is his blunt black and white honesty. If he tells you something its money in the bank. He roofed my house after he had done my neighbors house across the street. We were treated with the upmost respect and consideration. He treats you like family. He explained everything to me before the job started and while they were prepping the roof he made sure to let me know the real health of the wood on the roof. Took care of everything. I mean just a hassle free experience for me. Now I know what I have. No guess work as to how long this roof will last. It will last 25 years as long as a tree limb or a very bad storm system doesn’t puncture the singles. I’m just thrilled with the experience this man has. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, smoothe as molasses. I respect this man for his dedication to his work. If you have this man work for you, you can rest easy that he will do the job correctly. I want to give him 10 stars but they only let me give 5 but it really doesn’t do him justice. Y’all give him a call if you need anything repaired, renovated etc and you will see the professionalism he brings with his work. For instance, before he was scheduled to roof my house, I was concerned about all that rain we were going get with Hurricane Florence. I didn’t even get the words out of my mouth when I had called him before he said he was wanting to double check everything on my roof to make sure the old existing roof would withstand the few days of heavy rain until he was scheduled to roof it. He took care of us. He will take care of you. Dont let someone else come around and fool you for money. He’s the real deal. Good man. Good work. The bottom line is that 95% of the roofers I have met in the past have left a bad taste in my mouth. They were there specifically to get paid and leave basically. No ambition. No concern really for the health of the job. This man takes the time, takes the precaution, does whatever is deemed necessary to make sure his job is finished correctly.

  Carolinas rentals gets JW Roofing & Associates to do all our home improvements. Their the best around! Anyone who needs any home improvements and wants it done right needs to hire these guys!!
