  ​My roof obviously needed repair. Since I was newly on my own and taking care of all the research and decisions for home repair and maintenance, I was relieved to see Koontz Construction on the list of suggested companies. They had done some other work on my house a few years ago, so I was confident they would be a good choice for this repair, and I wasn’t disappointed. From the initial contact to the estimate to the work itself, every person involved was professional, courteous, helpful and supportive. Their work is outstanding and very affordable. They will be the first company I contact for any future work on the exterior of my house, and I give them the very highest recommendation.

  I had an unexpected death in the family and needed to be out of town when Koontz replaced my roof. When I returned I had a new roof and there were no signs that anyone had even been there because everything was perfectly cleaned up. Very happy with the quality of work, professionalism, and service.

  Koontz was wonderful to work with on our project. They were friendly and professional with their quote and installation. I was amazed by how they were able to install a new roof in what seemed like no time at all. We would use them again without a second thought!
