We have used Lutgen twice now for new patio doors and new gutters with gutter guards installed. If you want a top notch service by polite and professional people then this is the company to use. They don’t cut corners and will not recommend cheap fixes. All of their products and installations are guaranteed and you get peace of mind knowing the job was done right and done well. If you need work on your most valuable asset, your home then you should at least include Lutgen in your list of companies to quote you.

We had seven windows installed. Lutgen knows their stuff. They asked the right questions and had all the answers for us. The windows were delayed a while like everything else in the building world but they got them installed as soon as they came in. Did a great job. During the install they even checked out and repaired a minor issue (no fault of theirs) on a six year old window, and decided not to charge me for it. Great local company.

Had a very good experience with Lutgen Companies re-roofing our house after recent hail storm damage. All aspects of the job were completed as we were told they would be including what time the roll off would arrive to when the roofers would start to when the job would be completed. Cleanup was excellent. All the people doing the job were pleasant and friendly. We recommend Lutgen Companies for roofing and also remodeling. They replaced a sky light as the roof was being done. Excellent job and very quick so roofing was not interrupted. A special thank you to John Lutgen for all of his help. Everything looks great.
