  Max came to my house for an insurance assessment and guided me through the full process. He took a ton of photos and made a full report for my insurance. With this report, my insurance decided to move forward with the full reroof at no cost to me except my deductible. Max’s crew was really helpful, polite and cleaned up everything when they were done like nothing happened. Communication was excellent and everything they promised me happened in the timeframe that was agreed upon. I would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for a new roof, especially if you are looking for a high quality installation.

  A hail/wind storm damaged our roof and it was clear a new roof would be needed. I did research on several companies and went with Max based on all the positive comments and happy to say it was absolutely the best choice. Max came to our house and did his assessment and advised I file a claim with my home insurance. Max made sure to coordinate his schedule with the insurance adjuster to make sure everyone was on the same page and nothing was missed. The insurance company approved the roof, but not the gutters so Max took action to prove the gutters had damage and the insurance company agreed to replace those as well. When it came time for the roof installation, we got rain for about a week. Max informed us this would delay the install and his team stayed in touch on a constant basis to work around the weather and pick a day that fit our schedule. Max was thinking it would take 2 days to complete the work, but his team put in a 13 hour shift and got ours finished in 1 day which was much appreciated. I have been in the installation business (non roof related) for over 15 years and have seen a lot of good and bad contractors, but have to say Max is one of the very best I have every come across. He is trustworthy, dependable, and a very honest individual. If you need a roof, just pick up the phone and call Max....you will not regret it.

  I noticed that some of my cap shingles were blown off of my roof from a recent windstorm. I was really worried because we were to have a snow and ice storm that night. I reached out to multiple roofers at 2:30PM on a Saturday. Max Roofing texted me back immediately and said he would call me back shortly. He was on the other line. He was able to come to the house and fix the issue by 4PM THAT SAME DAY!! I will recommend Max Roofing to anyone that needs roofing. He was very polite and professional and able to get out to help so quick and fix my problem. Thank you so much for all of your help Max Roofing. You saved the day!
