  Jim Naples is a great person to do business with, honest and reliable. Roofing is one of the hardest preofessions to be in and I respect all his work. Jim has done two roof jobs and I am very happy with the results. His guys are excellent 👏🏻.

  Jim Naples does an outstanding job. Reliable and honest.Fixed my flat roof in December and came right away .Used them again in January for siding that blew off my home in W.Seneca. He was the only contractor that cane the next day.

  Naples did a tear-off and new roof in 2016 on our old Buffalo house. Their price was significantly better than the other 3-5 quotes we got. They did the job as promised. In 2020 we had a problem with the drip shield on one side of the house. I called Naples, sent pictures, was ready to argue my case, but it was totally not necessary. They called back and within a few days they sent someone to fix it, no debates.
