  We needed a quick turnaround on a rental property and we called James of Precision Construction for a quote. He did it that night and met me the next morning to give us a quote; which was a very good price. Once we said go they completed the job (great crew) from start to finish in less than a week! Would defiantly recommend

  James was professional, prompt and friendly. Took the time to do some unique home improvements for us. He took the extra time to track down some hard to find parts for the job. Overall very satisfied with the work. Would use again!

  We hired Precision Construction to do some brick repair on our home. They were incredibly professional and easy to deal with. My contact with James Schiller and Shaun Larsen was always positive and they were both very responsive. Unfortunately, when the repairs began further damage was uncovered to our home and the job became much larger. Precision Construction remained one of our top contractors in consideration for the job, but unfortunately due to a number of factors -- none of which are negatives for Precision Construction -- primarily, that they were incredibly busy and not able to start right away on the larger job, and we were just ready to get the job started and finished, we did not hire them to do the larger repair. We will, however, continue to consider this company for any future home repair, construction and renovation work.
