They come right away and give your quote. They start the job as promised but if there’s an issue and they need to come back to fix it, you can just forget it!! I’ve been waiting 3 years for them to re grout my floor and it’s always one excuse or another! Totally disgusted after all the money we’ve given them over the past 5 years!!
