  This one star review is for their execution and attention to detail. I placed my original window order April 8th 2021. The windows were measured multiple times before the order was placed this is a key point. Once the windows came in several were the wrong size. The group that does the installation is courteous professional and well organized but they do a poor job installing window when they are ordered incorrectly several times. We are currently in our 44 week yes 10 months and counting to get this done. If you want your window in less than a year I would suggest looking around. Our order was incorrect several times and no one even bothers to call. We have keep check on it then we get the last excuses. Buy from them if you can wait a year to complete your order. Update 2/13/22: final two windows installed after 10-11 months and a ton of lame excuses from the management at Red River Lumber.

  John was friendly , helpful and very courteous. Delivered my supplies with a smile . Armondo filled my order on the phone and was very helpful ensuring that I bought what was needed for the job . Very professional company to deal with . THANKS RED RIVER LUMBER !
